You will also need to make sure, regardless of whether you follow this or not, that you visit your doctor regularly. This will make sure that you are at the top of your game, fit and healthy and can go on with no worry at all.

And finally, do not let the fact that you are moving on in years dull your shine! Spend time with friends, family and loved ones, and do things that you enjoy and make sure that you make new friends and explore new hobbies along the way. Through doing this you will rest assured that you do not have to be as dependent on family and friends as you would have imagined it.
