It can also be used to deal with skin conditions such as psoriasis. You just must dilute the apple cider vinegar in water with a ratio of 1:1. Place the solution in your scalp and allow it to dry. Rinse it with lukewarm water.

Stay Away from Irritants

To avoid skin itchiness, you also must stay away from irritants. Taking a bath with hot water sucks the moisture out of the skin. Avoid using fragranced and wool products as its additives only worsen skin itchiness. As much as possible, avoid stress as it’s one of the leading causes of today’s medical illnesses.
